At 401 South Wilcox Street, Suite 101 in Castle Rock, Colorado 80104, Authentic Connections Counseling Center provides in-person therapy to clients in the Castle Rock area and telehealth services to clients statewide in Colorado. The communities served in person include Castle Pines, Parker, Larkspur, Lone Tree, Franktown, Elizabeth, and Monument.

Dawn Gabriel, MA, LPC, founded the practice and serves as CEO. The clinical team includes Ashley Brown, MA, LPC, who serves as Clinical Director, along with licensed therapists Kayla Kingsley (MA, LPCC), Erica Wilhoite (MA, LPCC), Amy Lindsley (MA, LPCC), Caroline Sonnier (MA, LPCC), Michelle Dawson (MA, LPCC), and Cody Baker (MA, LPC), as well as intern Alan Pershing (MA) and Client and Community Engagement Coordinator Lauren Camp.

Services address anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, couples concerns, child and teen counseling, Christian counseling, and neurodiversity. Specialty modalities offered include EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy. Therapy intensives are available for clients seeking a more concentrated and immersive treatment format, in addition to standard individual and couples session structures. The practice describes its environment as a space where clients can be real, be seen, and be heard, placing an emphasis on authentic engagement and genuine connection throughout every stage of the therapeutic relationship.

Operating hours run Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing extended availability across six days of the week. The practice functions as an out-of-network provider, meaning clients pay full session fees and receive superbills to submit for potential reimbursement from their insurance carrier. A complimentary 15-minute initial consultation is available for prospective clients through the practice’s Calendly scheduling page, offering an opportunity to ask questions, learn about the practice’s approach, and determine fit before committing to a first session.
