Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, families, and adolescents is the central offering at Evergreen Counseling, a California-based practice with offices in Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco. The practice treats more than 30 specified concerns, encompassing anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), OCD, eating disorders, burnout, codependency, narcissistic abuse, grief, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, and multiple forms of trauma, including childhood, developmental, attachment, medical, racial, religious and spiritual, sexual, and military and combat trauma.
