Services offered at All In Counseling include couples counseling, individual therapy, and clinical supervision. The therapeutic approaches employed include Gottman Method, Family and Marital Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused approaches, Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Clinical focus areas include couples and relationship issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, mood disorders, stress, burnout, codependency, emotional abuse, seasonal affective disorder, self-esteem, women’s issues, work stress, compassion fatigue, anger management, and healing from toxic relationships. The scope of presenting concerns addressed spans a wide range of adult mental health and relational challenges.

Sessions are available both in-person at the Green Bay office and via telehealth for Texas clients. The practice’s dual-state licensure structure allows Gardner to serve clients across two distinct geographic markets within a single practice model. Insurance accepted includes Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, HealthPartners, Humana, MEDICA, MultiPlan, Optum, Prevea 360, UMR, United Healthcare, and Network Health.
