Counseling Practice – Pamala Roskelley Counseling

Pamala Roskelley Counseling is a private practice located at 150 South 600 East, Suite 5B, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. The practice is operated by Pamala Roskelley, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, completed in 1998. Prior to establishing this practice, Roskelley worked for nine years at Valley Mental Health, where she gained experience in treating major mental illness and addictions.

Services offered include individual counseling designed to support clients in developing coping skills and working toward greater life satisfaction. Couples therapy is provided using the Gottman Method, described as drawing on research accumulated over more than three decades of Gottman study to help couples build understanding and strengthen intimacy.
