The clinical team is led by Echo Kent, LMFT, who founded the practice and specializes in trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, and body image. Kent holds training in Somatic Internal Family Systems (SIFS), EMDR, and IFIO. Services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with both in-person and telehealth delivery formats. Therapeutic modalities offered include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Internal Family Systems, EMDR, IFIO, Solution-Focused Therapy, Relational Therapy, and ACT Therapy. GeneSight Psychotropic Testing for genetic medication guidance is also available through the practice.
