Greater Purpose Counseling, LLC is a clinical counseling and life coaching practice located at 6525 E. 82nd Street, Suite 105, Building 10, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250. The practice integrates Christian values into its clinical and coaching work. Licensed clinical services are available to clients in Indiana and Colorado; life coaching services are available nationwide.
The team includes Falicia Miller, LMHC, LPC, who holds certifications in Brainspotting, Gottman Level 1, Postpartum Support International, SYMBIS, and Safe Sound Protocol; Janet Henriquez, LCSW, SYMBIS Certified, providing bilingual services in Spanish and English; Cassie Bartlett, LCSW, ART Level 1 Certified and Brainspotting P1 and P2 trained; Tiffini Bingham, IBCC, BCMMHC, a SYMBIS Certified Christian Life Coach pursuing an MD in Neuropsychiatry; Aivry Gaynor, LSW, LCAC-A, trained in Trauma-Focused CBT; and Joseph Scruggs, LMHC-A. Master’s-level interns Erin King and Bryce Smerek are also part of the clinical team.
Services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, premarital counseling using the SYMBIS assessment, life coaching, Safe Sound Protocol sessions, and clinical consultations. Specialties include anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, childhood trauma, sexual, physical, and emotional trauma, religious trauma, eating disorders, parenting skills, self-harm, and suicide ideation. Therapeutic modalities used across the team include Brainspotting, Gottman assessment approaches, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Sessions take place in-office, via teletherapy, and in community settings depending on clinician and client need. The practice operates as private pay with some insurance credentialing in progress. Clinical intake sessions (90 minutes) are priced at $140 to $170; standard 60-minute sessions range from $100 to $120. Life coaching intake is $140 for 90 minutes; follow-up sessions are $80 per hour.
