Clinical Social Work Practice – Because You Matter Counseling PLLC
Because You Matter Counseling PLLC operates out of two suite locations at 21 and 25 MacArthur Drive in Conway, Arkansas 72032. The private practice is owned and operated by Brandi D. Rodgers, LCSW, and also includes clinician Amy M. Johnson, LCSW. Both practitioners hold Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentials.
The practice provides individual therapy, family therapy, and couples and significant-relationship counseling, along with mental health assessments and intake services. Sessions are available both in-person at the Conway offices and through telehealth, though telehealth insurance coverage varies by carrier. The treatment approach is described as personalized, with comprehensive intake assessments used to guide individualized therapeutic planning.
Populations served range across age groups: children ages 5 through 11, adolescents ages 12 through 17, young adults ages 18 through 24, and adults age 25 and older. Stated areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, family and relationship conflict, anger, alcohol and substance misuse, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues and gender identity exploration, and healing from abuse and neglect.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with additional hours available for established clients. As of May 2025, the practice notes that both caseloads are full and new clients are not currently being accepted; however, prospective clients may contact the practice to inquire about waitlist placement.
