Clinical Social Work Practice – Counseling with Kaylen
Braselton, Georgia is the home base of Counseling with Kaylen, a clinical social work practice operated by Kaylen Ruth Raymond (formerly Hilton), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW008874). The practice provides both in-person counseling in Braselton and telehealth services available to clients across the state of Georgia.
Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Religion (2017) and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy (2018), both from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Christian Counselors Association and the Christian Trauma Healing Network, affiliations that reflect the faith-informed dimension of her practice.
The practice specializes in working with women and youth experiencing trauma, mood disorders including depression and anxiety, life transitions, chronic health conditions, crisis effects, and psychosomatic symptoms. Services include individual counseling, Christian counseling offered from a biblically based perspective, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, for which Raymond has received training through the EMDR Institute.
Treatment approaches integrate insight-oriented, Cognitive Behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods with trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks. Play therapy and sandtray therapy are incorporated when working with younger clients, providing age-appropriate modalities for children and adolescents.
The practice accepts insurance and offers private pay rates. Superbills are available for clients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Clients are encouraged to contact the practice directly for current rate and insurance provider information.
