Counseling Practice – Trilogy Counseling Services
Trilogy Counseling Services occupies Suite 104 at 1245 Cheyenne Avenue in Grafton, Wisconsin 53024. The practice is organized around three guiding values stated on its site: Embrace, Empower, and Enhance. Services are available for individuals, couples, and families across mental health and substance abuse concerns.
Two licensed clinicians staff the practice. Betsy Grant holds credentials as MS, LPC, and SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor). She completed undergraduate studies at Marquette University and her Master’s degree at Concordia University. Grant’s clinical background covers mental health counseling, childhood trauma, substance abuse and addiction treatment, gambling addiction, couples counseling, and life management. She describes her practice orientation as integrative psychotherapy, drawing on multiple theoretical frameworks tailored to individual client needs and goals.
Jessica Thering holds credentials as Ph.D., MS, LPC, CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor), MT-BC (Music Therapist Board Certified), and WMTR. Her educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from Alverno College in Music Therapy and Community Psychology. Thering’s clinical focus areas include women’s and gender issues, self-sabotaging behaviors, family counseling, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and disordered eating. Her Music Therapy Board Certification is an uncommon credential in outpatient mental health settings and contributes a cross-disciplinary dimension to the practice.
Services include individual counseling for depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD, alongside couples and family therapy. Mental health and substance abuse counseling are delivered together under the same roof. Sessions are conducted in person at the Grafton location.
The practice accepts insurance from Aetna, Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, United Healthcare, and additional plans. Self-pay options and hardship rates are available for qualifying clients. Office hours run 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., subject to change. The practice can be reached by phone at 1-262-618-2832 or by fax at 1-262-421-8492.
Grant’s integrative mental health and addiction focus alongside Thering’s board-certified music therapy credential gives the practice a clinically diverse staffing model. Gambling addiction and disordered eating are listed as distinct specialties not commonly advertised by general outpatient practices. The CSAC and SAC credentials across both clinicians keep substance abuse treatment available within the same setting as trauma, couples, and family counseling.
