Lake Country Associates covers a rural and semi-rural stretch of north-central and northwestern Minnesota, offering multi-site access to outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, rehabilitation services, and crisis support across the Park Rapids, Bemidji, and Menahga communities. The ARMHS service is a state-funded rehabilitative program for adults with serious mental illness, adding a dimension of community-based support to the practice’s more traditional outpatient clinical offerings. The peer support component further extends the continuum of care by connecting clients with support from trained individuals with lived mental health experience. Specific clinician names and credentials are not listed on the main page.
