Mental Health Practice – Reclaim Counseling and Wellness
Reclaim Counseling and Wellness is a multi-location mental health counseling practice serving clients across North and South Carolina. Physical office locations include Burlington, Charlotte, Wake Forest, Hampstead, Wilmington, and Raleigh. Virtual telehealth services are also available throughout both states for clients who prefer remote sessions or are not near a physical office location.
The practice was founded by Julia Tabor, MA, LCMHC, and Ashley Trotter, MA, LCMHC, a mother-daughter clinician team. A third family member, Mara Tabor, later joined to manage operations and opened the Charlotte location after transitioning from a corporate background. Services for adults include individual therapy addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, adjustment to new life situations, and difficult relationships. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards, checks, and HSA or Flex Spending Cards. The practice requires 24-hour advance notice for cancellations; late cancellations are charged at the self-pay rate.
