Mental Health Practice – The Center for Growth
The Center for Growth is a multi-location mental health counseling practice that has operated since 1997. The practice maintains seven physical office locations across the United States: two offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; one in Ocean City, New Jersey; one in Providence, Rhode Island; one in Mechanicsville, Virginia; one in Fayetteville, Georgia; and one in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Telehealth and telemedicine services are offered to clients in Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
The range of services offered includes individual therapy, couples and marriage counseling, sex therapy, child therapy, tween and teen therapy, family therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and facilitated support groups. Specialized clinical services address ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, LGBTQIA+ concerns, codependency, neurodiversity, infertility, narcissistic abuse recovery, and functional neurological disorder.
Therapeutic modalities available at the practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based treatment, Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed care, existential therapy, narrative therapy, experiential therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and play therapy. Populations served span children, tweens, teenagers, adults, couples, families, older adults, students, and individuals of color.

Session fees are reported as ranging from $50 to $300 per session depending on clinician experience level, with lower-fee sessions available through clinical intern providers. Support groups are offered at $20 per session.
The Center for Growth maintains a formal clinical training program that offers internship and fellowship placements for aspiring clinicians.
