Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are provided through the psychiatry team. The practice also offers Spravato (nasal esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, a specialized service requiring psychiatric oversight. Intensive therapy retreats lasting one to five days are available, structured around condensed EMDR treatment for clients who prefer an accelerated format. These retreats serve both local clients from the Fredericksburg area and clients traveling from out of state.

Additional programming includes a social games group, dietitian and nutrition services through Lauren Allen, and EMDR consultation and training for mental health professionals seeking continuing education or supervision.

Both in-person and virtual (telehealth) sessions are available. Multiple providers hold PSYPACT licensure, enabling interstate virtual service delivery across participating states. The practice accepts insurance and self-pay options.

Contact information: Psychology and Therapy Department at (540) 693-0096; Psychiatry Department at (540) 479-7975. An online appointment request form and a patient portal are accessible through the practice website for scheduling and administrative tasks. The multidisciplinary scope of the clinical team, spanning psychology, therapy, psychiatry, psychiatric nursing, and dietetics, reflects the practice’s stated goal of providing comprehensive, coordinated care tailored to each individual’s presenting needs. The inclusion of both intensive retreat programming and standard outpatient therapy allows the practice to accommodate clients at varying levels of treatment intensity within the same organization.
