Psychotherapy Practice – Heights Therapy Center
Heights Therapy Center is a private psychotherapy practice located at 900 S. Shackleford, Third Floor, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211. The practice is led by Crystal Pace, LCSW, who holds a dual Master’s degree in Social Work and Human Resource Management.
Pace’s clinical training and certifications span several specialized areas. She holds EMDR Level II clinician status, Complex Trauma Level 1 and 2 certifications through Janina Fisher’s training program, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 training. Additional credentials include a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) designation, a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) specialization, and training in Healing Relational Trauma and Intimacy Disorders based on Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy Model. The practice is certified in TeleMental Health and Digital Ethics. Pace holds a board position with the Eating Disorder Coalition of Arkansas.
Individual therapy services address trauma, codependency, anxiety, eating disorders, love addiction and love avoidance patterns, and career counseling. Primary treatment modalities include EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. The practice serves individuals across all gender identities, sexual orientations, and preferences, including dedicated LGBTQIA+ individual therapy. Pace describes her clinical approach as tailoring sessions to challenges unique to each client.
