Mental Health Counseling Practice – Cascade Teletherapy

Birch Bay, Washington is the home base of Cascade Teletherapy, a telehealth-only mental health counseling practice operated by David Bradshaw, MS, LMHC, NCC. Bradshaw holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Central Washington University (2012). Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and credentialed as a National Board Certified Counselor since 2019, he has provided direct client services since October 2018. Before entering private practice, he spent five years working in corrections and law enforcement settings. In addition to direct client work, he functions as a clinical supervisor for counselors actively pursuing licensure in Washington State.

All sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. Clients must be physically located in Washington State at the time of each appointment. The practice serves adolescents aged 12 and older, adults, and couples. Therapeutic modalities in use include Adlerian Therapy (Individual Psychology), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Specialty areas addressed include relationship issues, stress and trauma, anxiety and depression, addiction, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Individual sessions run 50 minutes in length. Because the practice operates entirely via telehealth, there is no physical office location available for in-person appointments.

The standard session rate is $150 per appointment. Sliding scale fees are available for clients who lack insurance coverage, and Health Savings Account debit cards are accepted as a payment method. Insurance plans accepted include Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, First Choice Health, Kaiser, Lifewise, Magellan, Moda, Molina, MultiPlan, Optum, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Tricare, and United Healthcare.

New clients complete digital intake forms through a secure client portal following their initial appointment booking. Current clients access scheduling and records through the same portal. Contact options include email at David@Cascadeteletherapy.com, phone at (360) 559-1473, and fax at (360) 925-3092. The practice is not accepting walk-in inquiries.
