Three Little Birds Counseling and Expressive Therapy Studio, PLLC is a telehealth-only mental health practice serving clients in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. The practice is led by Erin McGreevy, MA, LCMHC, LMHC, PMH-C, who holds credentials as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, and also holds a certificate in Trauma Studies. McGreevy earned her Master’s Degree from Lesley University in Expressive Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, a program that combines clinical counseling training with arts-based therapeutic methods. Before establishing the practice, she maintained a private practice in Lexington, Massachusetts and worked in community mental health settings in the Boston area, building a background that spans both private and public-sector clinical work.
The practice specializes in working with young adult women and mothers, with a particular focus on perinatal and postpartum concerns as well as broader mental health challenges in this population. Individual therapy is offered for anxiety, depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, life transitions, and stress management. Treatment approaches integrate mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and expressive arts therapy. As of September 1, 2024, the practice no longer accepts clients under the age of 18.
All services are delivered through telehealth via HIPAA-compliant video platforms. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Intake sessions are priced at $200; subsequent individual sessions are $175 for self-pay clients. The practice accepts United and Harvard Pilgrim insurance plans and provides receipts to clients who wish to submit claims to other insurance carriers. Appointment availability is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.
The practice was recognized as a 2023 winner for Mental Health Practice. Clients who are not located in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Massachusetts are not eligible, as services are limited to those states.
