Pediatric Therapy Practice – Tumble N’ Dots

Tumble N’ Dots is a pediatric therapy clinic located at 15265 Alton Parkway, Suite 140, in Irvine, California 92618. The practice delivers comprehensive therapeutic services to children from birth through age 12, offering occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, feeding therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and structured social skills group programming under one roof.

The clinical team includes licensed occupational therapists (OTs), certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) working under OT supervision, and licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs). The practice describes its clinical philosophy as neuro-affirming and family-centered, prioritizing individualized planning for each child and active involvement of families throughout the treatment process.

Populations served include children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, speech and language delays, developmental delays, anxiety, and feeding difficulties. Occupational therapy sessions target sensory-motor development, gross and fine motor skills, handwriting, and daily living skills. Speech-language therapy addresses communication, articulation, expressive and receptive language goals. Feeding therapy is conducted with the support of a dedicated kitchen and dining area built into the clinic’s space, allowing real-world mealtime practice.

Group programming at Tumble N’ Dots includes social skills classes and intensive therapeutic programs designed for small groups of children. Summer programs and intensive camp-style sessions are also available. For families unable to attend in person, virtual teletherapy is offered for speech therapy services.

Tumble N’ Dots operates as an out-of-network provider and generates superbills that families may submit to PPO insurance carriers for potential reimbursement. Both occupational therapy and speech therapy services qualify as reimbursable expenses under flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).
