Rose Hill Psychological Services is an independent psychodynamic psychotherapy center operating three offices in New York City: Midtown Manhattan at 321 West 44th Street, Suite 510; the Upper West Side at 80 Central Park West, Suites A and B; and the Bronx at 696 East 187th Street, Suites 205 through 208. The practice was co-founded by Dr. Vaia Tsolas, PhD, and Dr. Michael Civin, PhD, who serves as Co-Founder and Psychoanalyst.

All providers at Rose Hill approach clinical work through a psychodynamic lens. Services include individual therapy for adults, children, and adolescents; couples therapy; and group therapy. The practice treats depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, stress, career confusion, relationship difficulties, family issues, eating disorders, gender conflicts, addictions, and severe psychopathology. The stated mission is to provide “accessible, high-quality psychodynamic psychotherapy resulting in enduring change by engaging patients through empathy and appreciation of individually lived experiences.”

In addition to direct clinical services, Rose Hill offers comprehensive training programs in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the graduate, post-graduate, and professional levels. These programs serve emerging clinicians and experienced clinical professionals seeking advanced study in psychodynamic approaches.

Office hours at the Midtown Manhattan and Upper West Side locations run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Bronx office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sessions are offered in person. Insurance acceptance and specific fee information are not stated on the website.
