Treatment modalities available include psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, somatic therapies, hypnotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
