Core clinical focuses stated by the practice include building self-esteem, reducing anxiety, strengthening coping skills, and addressing emotional difficulties. Medication management is coordinated through a partnership with Clear Perspectives, a separate provider, extending the range of support available to clients of the practice.

Brave Life Therapy does not accept insurance. Services are self-pay, and Super Bills are available for clients seeking independent reimbursement from their insurer. Reduced rates are available through a master’s-level internship program. Initial sessions run 60 to 75 minutes, and a free 15-minute phone consultation is offered before scheduling. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required; the full session fee applies to missed appointments.

The practice describes itself as inclusive and affirming, welcoming clients across body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions, and political values. The internship program, which offers reduced-rate sessions, provides an additional access point for prospective clients who may not be able to afford full standard rates while still working with clinicians completing supervised post-graduate training.
