For individual therapy, Life Tango Counseling accepts insurance from Aetna, Cigna, Primera Blue Cross, Oxford, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Regence BlueShield, Ambetter, and Carelon Behavioral Health, with the Carelon plan noted as Washington state only. Couples counseling sessions are offered on a private-pay basis only. Individual counseling accepts both private pay and the listed insurance carriers. Payment, including deductibles owed, is due at the end of each session. Accepted payment methods include cash, personal check, and major credit and debit cards. Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to file for out-of-network reimbursement through their own insurance plan.
