Mental Health Practice – Therapy Collective

Therapy Collective is a multi-location mental health practice with offices in Salt Lake City, Provo, and Taylorsville, Utah. The practice was founded and is currently owned by Kate Harline, LCSW, and operates with a clinical team of 14 licensed and certified therapists. Staff hold credentials including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Social Worker (CSW), and Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).

Services encompass individual, couples, family, and group therapy, available through both in-person appointments at the Utah office locations and secure telehealth sessions for remote clients. The list of treatment modalities available at the practice includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and sand tray therapy.

Presenting concerns addressed by the practice span a wide range: anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, addiction, autism spectrum disorder, and LGBTQIA+ concerns are all listed. For clients whose insurance is not accepted or who prefer to self-pay, the standard out-of-pocket rate is $120 per 50-minute session.
