Free Range Mental Health is a private-pay mental health practice at 1108 11th Street, Suite 304, in Bellingham, Washington 98225. The practice is founded and operated by Greg D’Eloia, LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), who provides individual therapy for adults, teen therapy for clients ages 13 and older, and couples therapy.
Sessions at Free Range Mental Health are available in three formats: in-person at the Bellingham office, online via telehealth, and outdoors in a walk-and-talk format. Online therapy is offered statewide across Washington. The primary clinical approach described on the website is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, with the practice also drawing on a range of other therapeutic methods.
Clinical areas addressed include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, family conflict, parenting challenges, relationship issues, grief, anger management, ADHD, stress and burnout, and life transitions.
The practice operates on a private-pay model and does not contract with insurance companies. Superbills are available for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their insurer. Sliding scale rates are offered based on income level. Intern therapist sessions are available at a rate of $30 to $50 per session. Standard sessions run 55 to 60 minutes, with extended 90-minute sessions available upon request at a prorated rate of 1.5 times the standard fee.
