Sprout Clubhouse provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges, working with clients ages 2 through 18 across Washington state. The organization operates three centers: one in Bellevue (425-543-7382), one in Bellingham (360-820-5835), and one in Bothell (425-500-4280), with services extending to the greater Puyallup area as well.
Leadership includes Lindsey McGrew, MBA (CEO and Founder), Kris McGrew (CFO), Jasmine Ortiz, BCBA, LBA (Regional Director), and Jailyn VanSickle, BCBA, LBA (Site Director, Bellingham). Lindsey McGrew is noted as the mother of an adult son with autism and a former founder of The Madrone School.
Service formats include center-based ABA with 1:1 support and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision, in-home ABA therapy with flexible scheduling, and support within private school settings. An intensive 12-week day program serves children ages 2 to 6.5 and provides 1:1 support alongside speech therapy. Social groups meet on Thursdays from 4 to 6 pm. Center-based session blocks run weekdays from 9 am to 12 pm, 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, 4 pm to 6 pm, and as an all-day option from 9 am to 3:30 pm.
The practice describes its ABA approach as child-led and trauma-informed, focused on increasing communication and social skills while reducing maladaptive behaviors, and explicitly excludes harmful procedures. Speech Language Pathology services are listed as forthcoming; interested clients can join a waitlist by contacting lindsey@sproutclubhouse.com.
The practice accepts multiple insurance funding sources. General hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. No year of establishment is stated on the site.
