Mental Health Practice – Mind Body Health Associates

Established in 2011, Mind Body Health Associates operates a mental health practice in Findlay, Ohio, with an additional Toledo location. The practice was co-founded by Holly Schweitzer Dunn and Landon Dunn, both listed as therapists, and describes its overall aim as supporting clients along a continuum from healing through to sustained health, using natural and holistic approaches oriented toward a life of fulfillment.

The clinical team consists of eleven practitioners: Holly Schweitzer Dunn (Co-founder and Therapist), Landon Dunn (Co-founder and Therapist), Andria Doyle, Audrey Nicholson, Cara Davies, Lou Vermillion, Robin Walters-Powell, Yvonne Cusac, Abby Yates, Peggy Dillon, and Clayton Richardson, listed as a Licensed Social Worker holding a Master’s degree from Ohio State University. Kate Downing serves as Office Manager. The multi-provider team allows the practice to offer a range of clinical perspectives across its two locations.

The practice organizes its clinical philosophy around what it calls a “5 Pillars” framework encompassing Mind, Body, Awareness, Relational, and Natural dimensions. Therapeutic modalities listed include EMDR, mind-body psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness-based approaches. Clinical areas of focus include stress, mood regulation, attention and focus, trauma, relational difficulties, addiction, and physical health concerns.

Mind Body Health Associates describes itself as inclusive, explicitly welcoming clients who have faced exclusion related to race, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation, addiction, or mental and physical abilities. The practice’s stated commitment to inclusivity is listed as a defining organizational value. Regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Evening and weekend appointments are available; clients arriving outside regular hours wait in their vehicles and are greeted at the parking lot entrance by staff. The after-hours intake process is noted on the site as a deliberate accommodation for clients whose schedules fall outside standard business hours. A patient portal and new patient request forms are accessible online. Contact is available at contact@mindbodyhealthassociates.com. Insurance acceptance and telehealth availability are not specified on the practice website.
